5 days & 4 nights
The program is based on the content of the famous
MBSR Program - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - created by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn.
This program is ideal for you if:
At a mind level you may feel disconnected and overwhelmed by all you need to do and achieve and, without realising it, always take second place to your personal needs. As you see your ability to enjoy life and all its wonderful possibilities steadily diminishing, you still feel you need to keep going and do better. On a bodily level you may be struggling with a general feeling of tiredness and sleeplessness, general tension (especially in the neck and lower back), lack of energy and a feeling that you no longer have time for yourself.
If this situation continues over long periods of time, you may be at risk of burnout.
5 days & 4 nights
Transforming anxiety is crucial to improve your health, and to be able to enjoy life again without fear of failing or missing out. This program specifically focuses on the subject of fear and anxiety from a Mindfulness perspective.
This program is for you if:
On the mind level, you feel disconnected and overwhelmed by constantly struggling with constant thoughts about everything that could go wrong, which clearly interferes with your ability to enjoy life and see the opportunities that also surround you. On a bodily level, you may be suffering from restlessness and insomnia, general tension (especially in the neck and lower back), an inability to relax, and feeling that you need more time for yourself than usual.
5 days & 4 nights
By integrating mindfulness based approaches addressing both the mind and body, you will be guided towards rediscovering a renewed sense of inner peace and balance, fostering a path towards emotional healing and well-being.
This program is for you if:
On the mind level, the relentless cycle of negative thoughts cultivates an enduring sense of melancholy, overshadowing your capacity to embrace life’s joys and perceive the abundance of possibilities before you. This incessant sadness, coupled with feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness, can make it challenging to engage with the world positively.
5 days & 4 nights
Transforming anger is crucial to improve your health, and relationships around you.
This program specifically focuses on the subject of anger from a Mindfulness perspective.
This program is ideal for you if:
On a mind level, you may feel constantly irritable, frustrated and overwhelmed because you are constantly fighting against all the situations and people that prevent you from achieving your goals and create obstacles to your happiness and fulfilment. On a bodily level, you may be struggling with restlessness and insomnia, general tension (especially in the neck and lower back), daily ups and downs of energy, and the feeling that you have to carry on and do everything yourself.
